Documentation
Da8a docs
Each Da8a project is a Supabase-compatible backend on a dedicated server: Postgres 16 with pgvector, Auth, a REST API, Realtime, Storage and Deno edge functions. These guides cover getting started and day-to-day use.
Guides

Create an account, start a project and make your first query.
supabase-js client
Queries, auth providers, Row Level Security, Realtime and Storage.
Edge functions
Write Deno functions, set secrets and call them from your app.
Import from Supabase
Copy an existing Supabase project onto your server.
Backups & recovery
Nightly backups, point-in-time recovery and the standby replica.
Key ideas
- Project: one Supabase-compatible backend. It runs on a dedicated server: either the server that comes with your plan, or an avocolab / AvocaCompute server you already have with 4 GB of RAM or more.
- Project URL: the address your app and supabase-js talk to. It’s on the project’s Overview page.
- anon key: a public key that’s safe in browsers when Row Level Security is on.
- Service key: a secret key that bypasses Row Level Security. Keep it on servers and in edge function secrets only.
- Dashboard: where you manage everything: Table and SQL editors, Auth, Storage, Functions, Logs, Backups, Import and Settings.
Hosting your frontend on Chapong? Link the site to your project and the project URL, anon key and auth redirect URLs stay in sync for you.
